Kastriot brings over 30 years of construction experience to Kosta and Sons. Before founding his own firm, he served as a project manager for major construction companies across London, overseeing large-scale commercial and residential developments. Kastriot’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction led him to establish Kosta and Sons, where he combines his deep industry knowledge with a passion for innovation. Under his guidance, the team delivers exceptional results that consistently exceed expectations. 

Leon is currently pursuing a BEng in Civil Engineering at Kingston University and already has more than five years of hands-on experience in the construction field. As the next generation in the family business, Leon blends his academic expertise with real-world project management skills to drive forward cutting-edge, efficient building solutions. His focus on quality, sustainability, and problem-solving helps ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.
